From the initial data kita find the particle deceleration as follows :
Vt2= Vo2 − 2aS
452 = 602 − 2a(100)
2025 = 3600 − 200 a
200 a = 3600 − 2025
a = 1575 /200 = 7,875 m/s2

Large deceleration is 7,875 m/s2 (Why not negative ? Because of the initial calculation negative sign is entered into the formula , if you want the results of a negative for , use the equation (Vt2 = Vo2 + 2aS)
Next data:
Vo = 45 m/s
Vt = 0 m/s (hingga berhenti)
